If, while scanning documents in Reflections, you step away or are interrupted for more than two minutes, a timeout error occurs. If you attempt to scan and save documents, the following error will be displayed



Reflections has disconnected from Dealertrack for security purposes. To reconnect and continue scanning, select the Reconnect icon from the top of the Reflections window:




PLEASE NOTE: you will have to click this button TWICE. The first time you will receive an error message; simply acknowledge it and click this button again. Reflections will reconnect to Dealertrack's server.
