Airefax has made changes to their server software, and while Internet Explorer support will return in the future, they have asked that we use Chrome now. In order to do this, you will have to allow Flash for that particular website. Please follow these instructions:


Open Google Chrome and visit HTTP://airefax.com 
The page will say:

Please check your browser capabilities. This client application has been tested with the latest version of Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Other browsers will work if a supported flash engine is installed on the host operating system. 

In the address bar where it says airefax.com, you'll see a padlock next to it. Click on that padlock and select Site Settings from the bottom of the list.

On the page that appears, find Flash and change to Allow, then close the Settings tab.

Reload the Fairfax page and you should now have access to the normal user interface you're used to seeing. At this point, you should be able to log in and fax as you normally would.
