Internet Explorer may print an error message instead of the expected print job. This is the result of a Microsoft Update installed on 6-14-17, and will only take effect once the PC has been rebooted. The workaround is as follows:
1. Click Start
2. Open Control Panel
3. Click Uninstall a program
4. Near the top left of the open window, select View installed updates
5. Wait until the green bar across the top is complete, then in the top right box labeled Search Installed Updates, enter this: KB4022719
6. Select the update from the list and click Uninstall
7. The PC will restart.
Microsoft should soon push an update to correct.
UPDATE 6/27/17:
Go here:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=KB4032782
and download the version titled Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4032782). This should be a permanent fix.
Note that this will be included in a future Windows Update rollup.
