1. Delete the 2.0 folder
    1. Right-click the Windows Start icon and select Open Windows Explorer
    2. Navigate to C:\Uers\USERNAME\AppData\Loca\Apps
      1. If you don't know the Username, click on Start and type CMD in the search field and press Enter
      2. Your username will appear like this: C:\Users\USERNAME\>
      3. Close this window.
    3. Right-click the 2.0 folder and select Delete followed by Yes.
  2. Delete the Assembly Files
    1. Navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Assembly
    2. Delete all subfolders (they will be created automatically the next time you log into Drive)
  3. Clear the Browser's Cache
    1. Launch Internet Explorer
    2. From the Tools menu, select Delete browsing history.
    3. Ensure only Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History are checked.
    4. Click Delete.
  4. Relaunch CDK Drive
  5.     If Drive fails to launch, reboot the PC and try to launch CDK Drive again.
