Delete the 2.0 folder
- Right-click the Windows Start icon and select Open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to C:\Uers\USERNAME\AppData\Loca\Apps
- If you don't know the Username, click on Start and type CMD in the search field and press Enter
- Your username will appear like this: C:\Users\USERNAME\>
- Close this window.
- Right-click the 2.0 folder and select Delete followed by Yes.

Delete the Assembly Files
- Navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Assembly
- Delete all subfolders (they will be created automatically the next time you log into Drive)

Clear the Browser's Cache
- Launch Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, select Delete browsing history.
- Ensure only Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History are checked.
- Click Delete.
- Relaunch CDK Drive
- If Drive fails to launch, reboot the PC and try to launch CDK Drive again.
